THE ONLY WAY TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL IS BY SHUTTLE

Rideshare & Parking

Use public transportation, bicycles and taxis to get to Tulum Mágico

Parking is extremely limited, and is available on a first come first served basis (cash only)

If you plan on driving, please organise carshares

Ticket Holders

Please have your tickets ready on your phone to speed up the entry process.

Sunset Tickets

If you arrive after 7pm you will be asked to pay an extra $80 USD at the door.

XXtra Tickets

Please follow the signs to your specified lane.

Locals Tickets

Please have your Q Roo ID and process to the General Admission queue.

Box Office/Guestlist

There will be tickets available for purchase at Tulum Màgico —cash & cards accepted.

There is no guestlist at Day Zero.
No tickets/barcode = no entry.

Cashless Event

All transactions will be done via your RFID wristband, which you will pick up at our check-in location

You can load your wristbands at Tulum Mágico before taking the shuttle

There are over 12 Top Up locations on the festival site (cash & credit cards accepted)

No refunds available for remaining funds on your wristbands

Bar prices are inclusive of VAT and tip
